The Hangul (Kashmiri stag) logo stands for more than what meets the eye. The Hangul represents the beauty, grace and, magnificence of Kashmir and the Pashmina shawl signifies the unrivaled warmth and authenticity of the Kashmiri people. It is a perfect metaphor for what our brand, House of Hangul, stands for.

The journey of each product

Over the years, pashmina has made a mark for itself in the world but at the same time. We strongly believe in carrying forward that legacy of quality, authenticity, and grace of the centuries-old craft. The journey of Pashmina (or ‘gold wool’) begins among the magnificent snow-capped Himalayas, where the Changpa tribes carefully pluck each strand of Pashm from their Changthangi goats. Once this Pashm reaches the weavers, they begin shaping their masterpiece. It takes years of meticulous craftsmanship to create each exquisite Pashmina shawl. When you buy one of these shawls, not only do you receive a piece of the gold wool, but also an experience that stems from years of hard work from some of the best artisans of Kashmir.
